Kipling Camp
Introduction
Kipling Camp was established in the year 1982 and is first of its kind to be set up in Kanha National Park. Kipling camp is simple, comfortable yet unique in itself. The most amazing thing about this retreat is that there are no fences in it. Due to this the camp is frequently visited by several animals.
Accommodations
Accommodation in Kipling comprises of 18 double rooms, and 1 family cottage, suitable for families with young children. Each of the rooms is highly comfortable and has been furnished with double bed facility. The attached modern bathroom has shower, shelves and hanging area for clothes. Apart from these the rooms of the camp resort has its own verandah that offers magnificent views of the surroundings.
Cuisines
Shamiana is the restaurant of Kipling that also has a refreshments bar that serves a wide variety of drinks. Guests can even enjoy indoor and outdoor dining in this restaurant. Shamiana serves a wide range of western and Indian cuisines that are prepared by its expert chefs. Guests are even asked for any specific food preferences on their arrival at the Kipling.
