Wild Haven Resort

Introduction

Wild Haven Resort is located approximately a kilometer away from the main gate of Bandhavgarh National Park. Located very near the Tala village, this resort can be reached very easily either by road, train or air.

Accommodation

Wild Haven Resort has 6 cottages, 5 safari tents and a 3 room villa, all within its large premise. These accommodations are comfortable, clean and have been carefully designed so that it blends well with the environment.

The cottages have a 16x16 Sq ft bedroom with attached verandah in front. The verandah is covered and has provisions for sitting. These cottages have been designed and built by tribal artisans so they have rough-hewn logs as roof frames which are covered with baked mud tiles on its outside. The attached bathrooms of the cottages have tiled floors & walls besides having all modern equipments. In addition to all these, Wild Heaven Resort's cottage also has large windows so that the rooms receive proper natural lighting and are well-ventilated.

The safari tents of Wild heaven are pitched on raised platforms. Each of them has a 12x14 sq ft bedroom, a large well equipped bathroom, and a covered sit-out arrangement in front of tents.

For large groups Wild Heaven Resort has a 3-room villa. These villas have large, high verandahs with sloping tiled roof.

Other Facilities

Wild Heaven Resort has a small open-air, mud-brick amphitheatre that is used to show wildlife films, tribal dances and other entertainment shows to the guests. Spa & massage centre rejuvenates whereas wildlife safaris enthrall all the visitors of this resort. They also have pick-ups & transfers to & from railway stations and airports.
