Wonderland Resort

Introduction

Wonderland Resort is located in western zone of Gir Wildlife Sanctuary. It is a perfect base for nature lovers and wildlife enthusiasts as it gives a superb view of the forest and the surrounding hills of the area. There are 220 mango trees in the gardens of this resort besides other varieties of trees. Many rare birds can be found making their nests in these trees.

Accommodations

Wonderland Resort is spread across 7 acres of lush green land. It has a variety of accommodation options like rooms, cottages and tents. All of these have attached bathrooms with 24 Hr hot & cold water supply. They are provided with an AC during summers and a room heater during winters. The wide balcony of the rooms and cottages give beautiful viewing of the surrounding landscape.

Cuisines

The restaurant of Wonderland Resort serves several Chinese, Indian, Continental and Kathiavadi (Gujarati) delicacies to all of its guests.

Other Facilities

The resort has 24 Hr power supply and can arrange for the services of a doctor if needed. Apart from these, the resort also boasts of the largest conference and seminar hall around Gir Sanctuary. The fully air-conditioned conference hall of Wonderland can accommodate 75 people in auditorium style and 40 people in U-shaped style seating arrangement. High tech conference amenities like audio & visual aids, LCD projector and flip charts are provided in this conference hall for smooth business meetings. Other facilities of the resort are:
